No sound 

Check that your wiring is correct (see there for details)

Verify that all tracks are triggered. Each oscillator + the filter track must be trigg’d of no sound will be output

MIDI trig doesn’t work

Make sure you are sending data on channel 1, and notes between C5 and C7 (the Octatrack only responds to those two octaves).
